We recently assisted a client in the active adult real estate sector with a critical project to facilitate their property sales. The client sought to develop and sell active adult houses and lots, requiring comprehensive support to identify potential marketing partners and essential benchmarks for success.


Our team delivered two key lists within a quick turnaround of two days. The first list featured up to 10 marketing agencies currently specializing in active adult communities, detailing the properties they market and providing a contact at each agency. This enabled our client to efficiently send out RFPs and identify interested partners for their project.


The second list outlined all the key benchmarks crucial for monitoring the success of the active adult real estate sales project. We included both marketing benchmarks, such as lead to sale conversions, and sales benchmarks, like cost per close. This comprehensive overview equipped our client with the pertinent identifiers of success, ensuring they are well-prepared to achieve their sales goals.
